Everyday English 由 Yongdong Wang 提供，用于英语学习练习。使用 App 或在线服务即表示接受本条款；个人信息处理见隐私政策。请只提交有权使用的内容，不提交违法、有害或敏感个人信息，不滥用服务、绕过使用额度、冒用设备身份或干扰系统安全。
AI 学习内容
在线内容由 AI 辅助生成，可能出现错误或不适合你的表达。请独立判断并核实重要信息。练习反馈仅用于学习，不是考试认证、能力保证或专业意见。在线功能需要网络，可能受服务可用性与使用额度影响。
订阅与取消
如果 App 提供月度或年度自动续订订阅，具体权益、价格、币种、周期及可用优惠以购买确认页为准；本网站不承诺免费试用。付款通过 Apple 账户结算。订阅通常自动续订，除非至少在当前周期结束前 24 小时关闭续订；Apple 通常在周期结束前 24 小时内收取续订费用。可在 iOS 设置 → Apple 账户 → 订阅中管理或取消。取消通常在当前付费周期结束时生效；删除 App 不会取消订阅。退款由 Apple 按其适用规则处理，可访问 reportaproblem.apple.com。恢复购买需要原购买 Apple 账户。若存在优惠，资格与结束后的价格以 Apple 显示为准。
本机记录、更新与责任
学习记录和 App 内备份保存在本机，不提供云同步。请合理管理设备和系统备份。我们可能更新内容或功能、调整合理使用限制，或为维护与安全暂时中断服务。除适用法律强制规定外，我们不保证服务持续无中断或 AI 内容完全准确；本条款不排除适用法律赋予你的消费者权利。条款发生重要变化时会更新此页。联系：wandernovainc@gmail.com。

The service and acceptable use
Everyday English, provided by Yongdong Wang, offers English learning practice. Using the app or online service means accepting these terms. Personal information is covered by the privacy policy. Submit only content you are entitled to use. Do not submit unlawful, harmful or sensitive personal information, abuse the service, bypass limits, impersonate device identities or interfere with security.
AI learning content
Online material is assisted by AI and can contain mistakes or unsuitable expressions. Use your judgment and verify important information. Feedback is for learning, not certification, a guarantee of ability or professional advice. Online features require internet access and are subject to availability and usage allowances.
Subscriptions and cancellation
If monthly or annual auto-renewing subscriptions are offered, entitlements, price, currency, period and offers are shown on the purchase confirmation screen. This website promises no free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple account. Subscriptions normally renew automatically unless renewal is disabled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple normally charges renewal within the last 24 hours of the period. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Apple handles refund requests under its applicable rules at reportaproblem.apple.com. Restore purchases with the original purchasing Apple account. Any offer’s eligibility and subsequent price are determined by Apple’s purchase screen.
Local records, updates and rights
Learning records and in-app backups stay on your device; cloud sync is not provided. Manage your device and system backups appropriately. We may update features, adjust reasonable usage limits or temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance or security. Except where law requires otherwise, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or perfectly accurate AI content. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights. The App Store app is also subject to Apple’s standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
