在线练习无法完成

确认网络可用，稍后重试。网络、服务维护或当日使用额度可能影响练习；不必反复提交相同答案。AI 解释有误时，请把对应句子与错误说明发给我们，避免包含敏感信息。

朗读与学习备份

首次朗读需联网下载语音资源，并保证设备有足够空间；下载完成后朗读在本机运行。在 App 的学习存储页面可查看本机备份状态并使用恢复功能。备份不是云同步，恢复可能回到备份时的进度。卸载前请确认是否需要保留数据。

购买与退款

如已购买订阅，请使用原 Apple 账户并在 App 中恢复购买。管理或取消订阅：iOS 设置 → Apple 账户 → 订阅。删除 App 不会取消订阅。退款请联系 Apple：reportaproblem.apple.com。向我们寻求帮助时只提供必要的购买凭证，不要发送完整付款资料。

隐私请求

可通过上述邮箱申请访问、更正或删除服务端相关记录。请描述请求，我们会安全核实身份并说明所需的最少信息。参见隐私政策与使用条款。

Contact us

Email wandernovainc@gmail.com for learning content, app issues, privacy requests or purchase help. Include the app and iOS versions, steps to reproduce and approximate time. Screenshots should omit personal information. Never send passwords, verification codes, card details or your whole learning database.

Online practice cannot finish

Check your connection and retry later. Network issues, maintenance or daily limits may affect practice. Avoid repeatedly submitting the same answer. To report inaccurate AI explanations, send the sentence and a description of the issue without sensitive information.

Speech and learning backups

Initial speech setup needs internet access to download voice resources and enough device storage. Speech runs locally once downloaded. The app’s learning storage screen shows local backup status and restoration controls. Backups are not cloud sync. Restoring may return to the progress at backup time. Preserve needed records before uninstalling.

Purchases and refunds

If you purchased a subscription, restore it in the app using the original Apple account. Manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Ask Apple for refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com. For our support, provide only necessary purchase evidence, never full payment details.

Privacy requests

Email us to request access, correction or deletion of server records. Describe your request; we will verify it safely and explain the minimum information needed. See the privacy policy and terms.
