本机学习记录与备份
学习句子、答案与反馈、等级进度、未完成草稿及偏好保存在设备的学习数据库中。App 的学习备份也保存在本机，不上传至我们的服务器，不提供跨设备云同步，且不包含语音模型文件。设备系统备份可能包含 App 数据，由你的 Apple 备份设置控制。卸载 App 会移除其本机数据；系统备份需单独管理。请在卸载前确认是否需要保留学习记录。
在线 AI 处理
生成练习、问题、答案反馈或复习内容时，App 通过 HTTPS 向我们的服务器发送相关英文句子与译文、提问、你的答案、需要复习的词及错误描述、学习水平、语法点、讲解语言，以及为避免重复练习所需的近期句子。服务器调用 DeepSeek 官方 API 生成学习内容。DeepSeek 会接收这次请求所需的文本；本机学习数据库和备份文件不会整库上传。
请求会使用 App 内生成的稳定标识进行额度管理，该标识保存在设备钥匙串中，可能在重装后保留。启用设备认证的请求还处理 Apple App Attest 设备证明、公钥及验证信息。它们可以关联同一设备的请求，即使你没有提供姓名或注册账户。
服务启用断线恢复时，会临时保存请求和结果；结果确认接收或取消后清除正文，未确认的正文通常在请求建立后 24 小时内到期清理。不含正文的防重复记录通常在建立后 8 天内到期。运行中的清理周期或故障可能延后实际删除。服务备份可能保留较早的状态，不应被理解为即时删除。旧版即时请求不使用这一恢复存储。临时用量记录到期后清理；设备认证记录和服务端备份没有统一自动到期时间，可联系我们申请删除。应用请求日志记录路径、结果和耗时，不主动记录答案正文；托管基础设施可能另行记录 IP 与连接信息。
我们使用 Zeabur 托管在线服务。数据可能在你的所在国家或地区以外处理。DeepSeek 按其政策处理和保留请求，我们不承诺第三方零留存。请勿输入身份证件、医疗、银行卡、密码或其他敏感内容。参见 DeepSeek 隐私政策及 Zeabur 隐私政策。AI 输出可能有误，不能替代专业意见。
语音资源
首次使用本机朗读需要从 Hugging Face 下载 Kokoro 模型与声音文件，网络条件需要时可使用 ModelScope 下载地址。下载平台会收到 IP、请求文件及正常连接信息。下载完成后，朗读文本在你的设备上合成，不发送给我们的 AI 服务器；本服务不收集麦克风录音。参见 Hugging Face 隐私政策与 ModelScope 网站提供的隐私说明。
购买与订阅
如 App 内提供订阅购买，Apple 处理支付，我们不接收银行卡号码。RevenueCat SDK 用于购买、恢复和会员状态核验，会处理 App 用户标识、购买记录、订阅状态，以及提供该功能所需的设备、App 和连接信息。这些标识可关联同一用户或设备，不用于广告追踪。正式商品、可用性、价格和优惠以 App Store 实际显示为准。参见 RevenueCat 隐私政策与 Apple 隐私政策。
网站、支持与选择
本网站不设置分析或广告 Cookie，也不嵌入第三方分析脚本；托管方仍可能处理正常访问日志。你发送支持邮件时，我们处理邮件地址、邮件内容和你主动提供的诊断信息，以回应请求。请不要发送密码、完整付款资料或无关的敏感信息。
我们不出售个人信息、不进行跨 App 广告追踪，也不把你提交的答案用于训练我们自己的模型。你可以停止使用在线练习、管理系统备份，或通过 wandernovainc@gmail.com 请求访问、更正、删除相关记录及撤回基于同意的处理。为安全定位记录，我们可能需要必要的支持标识或购买凭证；卸载 App 不会自动删除第三方购买记录或服务端设备记录。已发送请求无法撤回。为法定义务、安全或争议处理需要保留的记录可能无法立即删除。第三方记录还适用相应服务商政策。本政策不代表已实现某个特定版本的 App 内授权开关；可用控制以你安装的版本为准。
本服务面向一般英语学习者，不作为专门面向儿童的服务。监护人如发现儿童提供了不应提交的信息，可联系我们处理。重大数据用途或接收方变化会更新本政策，并在适用时取得必要同意。
Provider and scope
Everyday English is provided by Yongdong Wang. This policy covers the iOS app, online learning service and this website. Privacy contact: wandernovainc@gmail.com.
Local records and backups
Sentences, answers, feedback, level progress, unfinished drafts and preferences are stored in the learning database on your device. Learning backups also stay on your device: the app does not upload them to our server, provide cross-device cloud sync, or include speech model files in that backup. Apple system backups may include app data according to your settings. Uninstalling removes local app data; manage system backups separately. Preserve any records you need before uninstalling.
Online AI processing
To generate practice, questions, feedback or review, the app sends relevant English sentences and translations, questions, your answers, words to revisit and descriptions of mistakes, level, grammar focus, explanation language, and recent sentences needed to avoid repetition over HTTPS to our server. The server calls the official DeepSeek API. DeepSeek receives text needed for the request. The app does not upload the entire local learning database or backup.
An app-generated stable identifier is used to manage usage allowances. It is stored in the device Keychain and may survive reinstallation. Requests using device authentication also process Apple App Attest proofs, public keys and verification data. These identifiers can link requests from the same device even without your name or an account.
Where interrupted-request recovery is enabled, the server temporarily stores requests and results. Content is cleared after acknowledgment or cancellation; unacknowledged content normally expires within 24 hours of creation. Content-free duplicate-prevention records normally expire within eight days of creation. Cleanup cycles or service failures may delay deletion. Service backups may retain earlier state; deletion should not be understood as instantaneous. Legacy immediate requests do not use that recovery storage. Temporary usage counters are cleaned after expiry. Authentication records and server backups have no uniform automatic expiration; contact us to request deletion. Application request logs record paths, outcomes and duration rather than intentionally logging answer bodies. Hosting infrastructure may separately process IP and connection logs.
Zeabur hosts the service. Processing may occur outside your country or region. DeepSeek processes and retains requests under its own policy; we do not promise zero third-party retention. Do not enter identity documents, medical details, card information, passwords or other sensitive content. See DeepSeek’s policy and Zeabur’s policy. Speech resources
On-device speech initially downloads Kokoro models and voice files from Hugging Face, with ModelScope download addresses available where network conditions require them. Download services receive IP addresses, requested files and ordinary connection information. After download, speech text is synthesized on your device and is not sent to our AI server. Purchases and subscriptions
Where subscriptions are offered, Apple handles payment; we do not receive card numbers. RevenueCat supports purchases, restoration and entitlement verification using app user identifiers, purchase history, subscription status, and device, app and connection information required for that functionality. These records can link to a user or device and are not used for advertising tracking. Availability, products, prices and offers are determined by the actual App Store purchase screen. Website, support and your choices
This website has no analytics or advertising cookies or third-party analytics scripts. Hosting providers may process ordinary access logs. When you email support, we process your email address, message and diagnostic information you choose to provide to answer your request. Do not send passwords, full payment details or unrelated sensitive information.
We do not sell personal information, track you across apps for advertising, or use your answers to train our own models. Stop online practice, manage system backups, or contact wandernovainc@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent-based processing. We may need a support identifier or purchase evidence to locate records safely. Uninstalling does not automatically delete third-party purchases or server device records. Requests already sent cannot be recalled. Records needed for legal obligations, security or disputes may not be immediately deleted. Third-party records remain subject to their providers’ policies. This policy does not claim a particular in-app consent switch is implemented in every version; available controls depend on your installed version.
The service is for general English learners and is not designed specifically for children. Guardians can contact us about information a child should not have submitted. Material changes to purposes or recipients will be reflected here, with necessary consent obtained where applicable.
